How should I care for my grip socks?
Washing
- Turn the grip socks inside out & place in a laundry bag.
- We recommend hand washing, although when machine washing use a gentle cycle with cold water.
- Use mild detergent & avoid fabric softeners.
- Do not mix with dark clothes.
Drying
- Air dry your grip socks on a clothes rack/line.
- Do not use a dryer as this will dryer the grips.
Maintenance
- Wash socks after use to remove any bacteria or dirt.
- Avoid ironing and excess heat exposure.
By following these steps, you will extend the lifespan of your grip socks - keeping them comfy & fresh for longer!
What materials are our socks made up of?
Made from 85% cotton, 10% polyester, and 5% spandex, our grip socks are soft, breathable, durable, and flexible. With built-in arch support, they stay comfortable and secure throughout your workout.

- Exchanges: Available within 14days of delivery for alternate sizes or styles, subject to availability
- Returns: Accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once approved (excluding shipping fees).
- Hygiene Policy: For health & safety reasons, worn or opened socks cannot be returned.
